We use acrylic clear panels (also called plexiglass, PMMA), which don't absorb water and expand like wood, and don't rust easily like metal. But if you want to make a truly waterproof structure (such as an outdoor TV enclosure), the material itself is not enough

1. Seam sealing treatment

The splicing seam between acrylic panels is the place where water is most likely to enter.

Commonly used waterproof silicone sealant or double-sided foam sealing tape for sealing.
2. waterproof structure on the design

We made the bottom drainage holes and other designs to prevent water from seeping in through the seams.

Installation of rubber seals, snap locks to enhance the waterproof ability.
